*These are generally what I followed/follow. I base them off of Hal Higdon’s plans and just do a bit of personal modification. For the half, I had a printed out version that I made modifications on as I went and needed to switch around days and what not. Sorry I’m a bit too lazy to redo the excel to match what I actually did. I’ll be better about it next time around. Promise!

Omg, I can’t believe how close we were in the Rock n’ Roll half times. I came in at 1:53:07. Lindsay and I ran the Nashville one back in April. Come to Philly or NYC and we can jam out together, haha!!

Oh, I love the Hot Chocolate. Just had a blast with it last year. I didn’t think I was going to do it this year, but after my disappointment with the marathon I feel the need to get another race in – otherwise what was all that speedwork for?
